John Mayock and the Homesteaders is comprised
of seasoned and nationally renowned musicians who have been touring and
recording members of Commander Cody, Gavin DeGraw, Savoy Brown, Buddy Cage,
James Montgomery, Duke Robillard, Al Anderson, Tommy Ardolino and Terry Adams
of NRBQ, Max Creek and many more.
The groups sound is edgy, aggressive
roots-rock that combine folk sensibilities, rock sexuality, country harmony, R&B
groove with the sparkle of pop and the twang of true country. The band features exceptional songwriting with
haunting and familiar melodies, poetic lyrics that are smart and insightful encased
by the bands masterful musicianship.
